I contacted Window Village because I had a few doors to install. Not only was Yan very knowledgeable, but he was timely, professional, and transparent all the way through the process. Iliya was able to install the doors in difficult areas with no issues and they look beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for door or window installation and replacement.

I had a cracked glass on one of my windows (out of 4 windows as part of one set) in my master bedroom for more than three years up until July 2024. My many attempts to get only that cracked window replaced went unsuccessful due to the ridiculous costs that were quoted by many companies.
I found the Window Village through Home Stars and requested them to come and check. The Project Coordinator who came down to my house took his time to give me many options and highlighted many other things that could go wrong even if I only replace that one cracked glass. The glass window frame was twisted and rusted. He offered me a quote to all replace all 4 windows as a set that I couldnt resist. Finally the whole window was replaced on July 24, 2024. The windows are of excellent quality and the workmanship was superb. Because of the slightly bigger window frame, the original blinds could not be installed as there were installed originally. The Window Village crew that came in went over and above to adjust the installation holes to put the same blinds back on the master bedroom windows which saved a money as well. Very well done Window Village team!

I had my master bedroom windows replaced last week by Windows Village. David came out to quote on the job around mid-June and I was so surprised that the installation was much sooner than I had anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised that David attended initially to ensure all went as planned. David included replacing the front door weatherstripping & door sweep in his quote which I was grateful for (saved me replacing the whole door). Roman and his crew did an excellent job and respected my property by protecting the floors/carpet. I am very satisfied overall by the whole process and found dealing with David a great experience with good communication throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone needing window replacements at a fair price.
