Do not call this company. They dont know what theyre doing. They order expensive parts pretending it will solve the problem. You have to pay for everything upfront so I felt pressured in ordering the part. The tech was abrupt and rude and did not explain anything. He contradicted himself telling me the motor was fine since the drum was spinning but when he couldnt fix the problem, he washed his hands of it and told me to call the manufacturer since the motor is under warranty. The Customer Complaint Dept was useless in giving me any of my money back for the lack of service. I regret calling them. Dont make the same mistake I did.
