Colvin responded the same morning I input my request and sent someone out the next day. Service was fabulous! Ill have them back for sure!

We wanted to install new shower arms to hang bathroom stuff from but we ended up spending a lot of time and reinstalling the old arms and just adding new shower heads to them (I could replace the shower heads myself). So, we basically paid about 2 hours labour work for installation of 2 shower heads!
It took about 2.5 hours to cut the existing tub spout, remove a tile and drywall, and install a new copper pipe and tub spout (and yet I had to spend more time and money to fix the wall).
I sent them pictures of the parts that needed to be fixed so that their team have an idea of the time and effort required for this job and send an experienced plumber to do it.
I had questions and comments regarding the invoice that we received, but they never responded.

Replaced the kitchen tap, repairs to the kitchen sink drain, replaced toilet, repaired a different toilet

Nic came and fixed leak in basement. Very honest and thorough in his work. Impressed and will use this company again.

We hired Colvin Plumbing to help repair 2 leaking hose taps after we installed a new washer/dryer set. I also noticed we didnt have a shutoff valve for the connected sink so I asked they install one of those too.

Megan arrived on time and jumped right in to complete the work. She was extremely diligent, knowledgeable, and very easy to chat with. We liked her style so much, we asked if she could also help replace a shower cartridge while she was onsite. She was also very accommodating with our timing and went above and beyond to support. Such a professional!

I had a great experience with Colvin. Needed a water pump removed in the basement that wasn't working. Colvin made scheduling very easy online and once at the site, Megan was very professional and getting the job done quickly. She provided her professional input into the problem and the best path forward. I would use their services again in the future.

Megan did three separate jobs for us over the pace of about a month - one at our home and two at our investment property. When we purchased our rental property, the sellers viewed it as a "tear down" and there were a lot of fixes needed to get it ready for renting. The biggest was a need to redo some of the plumbing to install a water meter (which the previous owners had removed - long story). While there, she pointed out problems with the kitchen sink plumbing and found a couple other smaller problems. She fixed them all within a fairly short time. We will hire her again when in the future.
