Brent came and helped us with a leak we had, he did a great job. Very reasonably priced as well. Definitely would recommend.

My dishwasher has been leaking and not usable for over a year. I knew it was the drain part but finding someone just to look was hard.

I happened to run into Brent at the Peterborough farmers market last week so I contacted the company through text. Quick reply especially for a Saturday and Brent came out the next day and quickly determined it was the drain hose but the universal didnt work so we brain stormed and I have ordered the correct part.

Brent is extremely nice and funny and I cant wait for the part to come in so he can come back and finish.

Our water pump and pressure tank died on us on a Friday night and left us without water. We reached out to Bruce through a referral, and Bruce called us within 15 minutes. Where other firms could come out in 2 to 6 weeks, Bruce came same day. He was very helpful and experienced and got the job done. He was very tidy and it was a pleasure to have in our home. My mom's water pump was leaking in the basement. We called other Plumbers and were still waiting for an appointment. Essential Plumbing was referred to me by a neighbour. Bruce at Essential Plumbing responded to our call, showed up 2 hours later to give us a cost/time to install. He was true to his word, didn't cost an arm and a leg. Bruce explained exactly what had to be done and completed the work quickly and efficiently. No surprises. We have referred Essential Plumbing to others, and continue to be his customer today.

Had a pipe break on Wednesday, Brent and his team alerted me to the excessive corrosion in the piping on the lower levels of the house and recommended a fix. He had the initial leak and the entire basement and main floor re-piped by Friday 5:00pm. I highly recommend Essential Plumbing services for their professionalism, honesty and integrity.
