As a small self-managed strata complex we often find it difficult to locate and hire companies to provide service for small jobs. Recently, we hired Summit Electric to fix some exterior lighting and install a timer to control when the lights come on and off. The electrician arrived on time, was friendly and informative and provided quality service. He really went the extra mile, changing all the lightbulbs and even washing the light globes before putting them back on. Strata Plan NW2595 (Richmond)

WE have Chad do several jobs for us around a basement/kitchen reno. We have an old house full of mysteries and challenges and he not only put in a champion effort to get the job done on time, he also found problems we did not know we had and fixed them in the same quoted job. Came in just under the estimate and was personable, informative and meticulous to boot. We will now not use anyone else.

Having just moved into a house and requiring to get a lot of different things done, Chad not only did a fantastic job, but he was able to clearly explain what needed to get done and approximately how long it would take. He offered me different options and went out of his way to assist us with what needed to get done. Work included hanging chandelier, adding voltage to accommodate a dryer, prep and install lighting for wall built ins, changed light switches, added dimmers. He also spoke to me respectfully
and didnt make me feel as if I didnt know anything with all my questions, which I appreciated.
