Very friendly, prompt clog drain service on a holiday weekend. I will definitely hire them again if needed

We were very happy about the service, price, and speed. This resulted in our clogged sewage being resolved within just a few hours and that on a Sunday. We will use Plumber On Demand again if we ever need to.

My mother had a clog in her main sewer line, causing water on basement floor. Gross right? I know. After calling her insurance company I couldn't get help because this problem happened twice before. I found this company on Google, saw the family photo and sent a message after hours. The owner was very responsive. He talked me through the process and the next day provided great service. He took the time to make sure I understood what he was doing and how to rectify the issue. Very nice. Pleasant conversation. I definitely recommend this business!

We had a clogged shower drain in our master bathroom. They came out immediately.
Our shower has a weird setup too, so not only did they unclog the drain, but they also installed a better access point if I ever need to get back there again... But, really, at this point if I need anything else, I'm calling them.

Replacing a toilet water supply line is easy unless you have really old plumbing connections that wont tighten properly afterward Arrived on time and completed the job quickly.

Plumber On Demand answered several of my plumbing questions, helping me prioritize future repairs and renovations. Afterward, technicians repaired a leak in my kitchen sink caused by the baskets and also replaced the very old faucet. As always, excellent service.

I would never use Plumber on Demand. They have refused to return a $2,200 deposit I made two weeks ago despite several requests. On March 31st they quoted me $4500 for a water tank replacement. I made a deposit. They subsequently doubled the quote at which point I cancelled the contract. I have asked for my deposit back several times and there has been no response whatsoever. Reliant subsequently replaced the tank at a much lower cost than Plumber of Demands first quote. I now have to sue them to get my money back. What kind of business is this?
