Had the pleasure of hiring Zishan, who has done multiple jobs for us over the last month. This includes repairing multiple fence posts, constructing a gate, rebuilding a raised bed garden and repairing another plus installing drywall/Primer and finishing our garage. Zishan was great to work with, pleasant and had great suggestions. A truly great experience. My neighbour even hired him to do some work for her at the same time!

Update: 2 months later and parts of the fence repair have warped. Upon closer inspection some areas were not screwed in properly, causing warping. I contacted Zishen to return.. He said he would but never showed up and is not responding. One of the new fence posts he installed is also shaking. It appears he did not sufficiently install it far enough into the ground.

I needed my fence and deck repaired after storm and tree damage. Zishan gave a very competitive quote. His communication was excellent throughout. He was very professional in repairs, and pointed out extra damages (rotting fence post) that I havent noticed. He offered to fix this problem that wasnt in the original quote for very reasonable cost. Overall the repair job was excellent and I highly recommend Zishan for anyone. See my before and after photo!
