After obtaining many quotes Innovative Carpentry and Contractoring came in at a competitive price. They were professional and respectful. Within days they arrived and repaired the fence adding new posts and replaced the lattice. They were organized and clean....no mess. It was an excellent job. The fence looks great again.

Emanuel and his team did a fantastic job. I have a large (~400-500 sf) area of deck in my yard and on a second floor walk-out balcony. They did a very thorough job cleaning, hand-sanding, and then staining of the deck, railings, and all vertical surfaces.

They were incredibly thoughtful and respectful of noise when coming/going during my baby's (11m) naps, very responsive on time, and very flexible on schedule (since we had to work around some rainy days). The whole crew was pleasant, and the job turned out great. I've been asked by all of my neighbours about the work and I was happily recommending Emanuel and his crew to all of them for their various jobs.

This review is for fence installation. The project started and finished exactly on time as promised. Everything agreed upon in the contract was delivered without any changes. The quote was very reasonable. Despite the small space for the fence installation, they managed to complete the job without disturbing the neighbor's property, which I truly appreciate. They are experts in their field and deliver high-quality work, with materials chosen based on budget preferences. In my opinion, they are trustworthy.

I am very happy with the results of my deck cleaning, sanding and staining and even though it was very difficult to finish the work during all of the rain we have been having the team was very diligent to get the job done and I am very pleased with the results.

I hired ICC initially to clean and stain my deck. Emanuel and his team did a great job so I asked them to then fix an area of my fence where a tree had pushed through. I liked the quality of their work and that he was responsive when I first posted the job and he came out to assess the work before he finalized a quote. I would definitely use ICC again.

Fence was pushing out from past contractor putting posts too close to a tree (that obviously would grow).

ICC came in with clear responses and quoted over text with pictures of the area. They met or exceeded their word at every step of the project, and touched base regularly during the build to ensure they were configuring it as requested.

I contacted Emanuel through Home Stars and he was very responsive and did a great job. It was a small repair but he arrived when he said he would, did a great job, cleaned afterwards and a very nice guy.

Have him coming back to do some more work now as well. I would definitely recommend.

The level of professionalism and quality craftsmanship displayed by Innovative Carpentry's experienced but young crew was truly a sight to behold, there guys are passionate about what they do and I as a customer and homeowner was jubilant with the final product. Any concerns or requests I had were appropriately and efficiently dealt with by Emanuel and his calm, critical thinking and ability to offer different options and solutions on multiple occasions during time spent on project.
As far as contractors go in the industry, Innovative Carpentry's skill and positive attitude is rare and a welcomed pleasure. If you need fencing work done, I highly recommend these craftsmen
