Air 2000 Heating and Air Conditioning

Fred (Tulsi) was very responsive and even though this is air conditioning season he found a way to fit me in. Very professional, very honest and a nice person. He did the job in his first visit.

Air 2000 was recommended by a friend of mine who recently had an install done.
Gave them a call as my parents needed cooling fir the summer.
Owner operator showed up when he said he would, quoted the job with no hidden costs, reasonably pricing and a very neat looking job was completed.
Very personable/professional contractor that I would not hesitate to use or recommend in the future.
Even did a follow up call to make sure all expectations where met.

The technician who came to our house to fix our furnace was professional, on time and friendly. He had all the parts on him and explained if he did not have any parts he would get them and help us right away. I really wish there were more technicians like him and this company saved my family and will refer this company to my friends and family.

I have been using Air 2000 for many needs for all my HVAC needs. They are reasonably priced and their customer service is second to none. Pairing that with their excellent technical expertise it's no wonder why I keep calling them back. For example, When my A/C stopped working in the middle of a summer heat wave they were able to come out and diagnose that the coil the initial installer put in was incorrect. They were able to retrofit the correct coil and we haven't had an issue since.
