I'm very happy with the service provided by 189 Stone. I'm a diy guy and this was my first countertop reno. Had to replace my kitchen and vanity countertop and also added an island with waterfall between the kitchen and dining room.
The whole process was very smooth, from estimating, measuring then installation. Communication was also great, they were always very responsive and Liz was amazing!

Within 5 mins of posting ad Liz phoned and sent pictures of samples. The following day measurements were done and the installation was 3 days later and quality is excellent.

Ive had about 15 non comparable quotes (about1500$^). I reached out to 189 Stone and gave a deposit right away when I heard their pricing. She let me give a deposit to hold the pricing as I would not have been ready for the stone work to be done for about a month. This contractor was the easiest out of all other contractors to deal with. No issues at all. The seamless flow of work was astonishing(no pun intended) you have to see them join two pieces of stone. My wife especially loves the stone and we are ever so great full for choosing 189 stone. Thank you for making out dream kitchen come through.

189 Stone and Liz was amazing. We installed several granite/quartz countertops in the past but 189Stone far surpassed these other companies in terms of price and quality of service. First, I got a quote from Liz on the same day. Second, they came next day to measure. Third, I would have received the installation within 2 business days but I had to postpone 3 X bc my other contractors were not ready. Liz accommodated each change in appointment with any hassle. When we were finally ready to install. They did so with grace and ease. My uncle supervised the visit and he was like - they are the best installers. Grout lines were impeccable. I had stone in a few pieces but it the look at the end was seamless. Totally recommend. But more importantly, they will be our go-to Stone people!

I've looked through quite a number of teams and all of them were overpriced and expensive. 189 Stones was the cheapest out there so I was a little skeptical, but they proved me wrong with excellent quality and customer service. Very cheap and quick. My kitchen looks so beautiful! Best decision I've ever made.
