This kitchen renovation started with my dishwasher flooding my kitchen and warping my floors and damaging many of my lower cabinets - intact refused to pay for my full kitchen Reno - they caused me a few stressors along the way - including their clearly useless remediation tram that failed to assess the full scope of damage - they accounted for 2 layers of flooring - when in fact there were 5 - intact did not want to pay the cost of relocating ing all lowers - and backsplash and countertops (damaged in the removal process) so I went ahead and chose AGM - and from start to finish their team did a really great job of demolition, removal and installing all new cabinets - this series has raised legs so that the possibility of damage from a flood in the future has been greatly reduced with new vinyl waterproof flooring- removable kick plates, silicone wrapped backsplash and a really great cabinet with dovetailed joints - soft closures and quartz countertops - I feel theres was value and quality workmanship delivered and the team completed the job in 3 weeks.
Which is great given intact paying $75. A week meal allowance - Im happy to have the kitchen done - and will call on AGM for future needs!

Our small kitchen renovation was planned to be completed in 3o days by project manager Ivan Muis and it took 2 months to complete, causing us with great inconvenience, without use of kitchen for 2 months. Design was great done by designer in out house with 3D model for us to see and choose fixtures and colours with out leaving home. The cabinet manager Moe made a bad measurement mistake, and the dishwasher door would not open unless the cabinet drawers are moved to face outward of the kitchen instead of inwards. Imagine every time we need to get knife and forks we have to move to the other side of the counter to open the drawers facing outside? Project manager Ivan Muis mentioned he will try get us some compensation but we never heard back from them. Demo and counter top manager
Nataly did a great job for us. Counter top technician also did a great job. Engineer Vadym did great job for us too but he forgot to turn on the water supply for us after connecting the dishwasher and so the detergent pod does not eject and dishes not washed. We had to hire a appliance technician for $75 plus tax and he found the water outlet was not turned on.

Great job. 5 stars. Habib was great. The job was done quickly and on time.
