After the great work Costa Plumbing did replacing my parents kitchen faucets a few years ago. I called him back to replace my parents bathroom faucet. I was very happy and impressed once again with the service. John is Fast, efficient and courteous as always. I recommend him to all my family and friends and will be using him again when needed.

I had floor drain pipes overflowing in my basement apartment on a Saturday night of a long weekend and call frantically calling around for a plumber to help me. I was rejected by several plumbers even though I explained how serious my situation was until I called Costa Plumbing. He explained to me what this issue likely was and took time out of his weekend to come and help me the very same day (on his day off too I came to learn). He resolved the issues in the floor drain pipes and there haven't been any issues ever since. Now when I have any plumbing work needing to be done or any issues I call Costa Plumbing!

From initial contact through to completion of work the experience with Costa Plumbing was excellent. Fil responded to my quote request immediately and followed up to explain the quoting process. The work was scheduled promptly and communication was excellent.

John arrived and I instantly knew I was in good hands. He was friendly, respectful of my home and cleaned up as he went. I was shocked at how meticulously the work was completed. It turned out to be a much bigger project than initially suspected but that was due to the age of the pipes and I fully expected it. As we progressed into way after hours on a Friday night I felt bad and suggested we reschedule to finish the work but he would not leave the job until it was done thoroughly and correctly.

I highly recommend Costa Plumbing and will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward.
