Ace Air Complex

I had took their service through the reference of our neighbours here in kingston 15-20 days back.
It is not working well and never they are picking up the calls just ignoring everything, very unprofessional, misguiding always.
Services might be ok in toronto or gta but outside if i am talking to them they are telling me to pay for the gas of their vehicle to come and fix the issue which is the fault of team.
Worst ever services.
Just very good before the money but after you pay money they will be very ignorant.
I feel like helpless.

i called in the morning and the HVAC service came in the afternoon to install my furnace. Super fast! Btw, I’m from Richmond Hill, and my Concord friend also use it.

I live in a bungalow which means every technician that came rejected to work on my cave style furnace room. But they took the job right after inspection and did a wonderful job. Clean and efficient is the best way to put it.
