April 9 Tech showed up and called someone, gave them my dishwasher model number. Puts the caller on hold and tells me it is a sensor failure. Never tested or checked anything. I asked how he could be sure he said he knows, trust him. Parts could be ordered, $450 plus tax. If they are wrong with diagnostics then repair is no charge. I say lets do it then. He orders parts and ends the call. Takes $157.50 deposit. I ask whats next. He says dispatch will call me April 15th to schedule repair. No call comes. Finally April 29 I am trying to contact them but phone number on invoice is not right, not the same as I called for original booking, not even Alberta area code. Email on invoice is not correct so that bounces back. Figure out they have misspelled their name in the email and get an email through to them. At this point I tell them I am not confident this is a legit place I can trust to do my repair. Rather than get the repair going they offer a partial refund. 2 days later I have not received anything so I reach out again and assure them I expect a full refund now and will report my concerns to BBB. I get my partial refund via etransfer in a few minutes now and an email with a legit phone number to call if I have a concern. So the whole time they never initiate any contact nor make any attempt to compete the repair or assure me they intend to complete the repair. They appear to have zero interest in that. First opportunity they cancel the repair and keep 2/3 of my deposit - to cover costs associated with cancelling the repair. Don't trust them. Read other reviews and check out BBB reviews before choosing who you give money to. My experience was awful
