Had some issues with our gas fireplace. Fab reached out to us immediately and scheduled next day service. He arrived on time and was super professional. Our gas fireplace looks brand new and it's 20+ years old!. We do require some additional service, and Fab was very knowledgeable and will complete the additional work when we are ready.

Fabian came the next day that fix our gas fireplace, which wasn’t lighting up properly. He analyzed the problem and isolated it and then fixed it. He put the fireplace back together and cleaned the glass, inside and out. The fireplace works great. The cost was quite reasonable. We’re very happy with the work and would hire Fabian again.

Fabian ( Mike’s business partner and brother) replied promptly and even though it was a Friday extended the courtesy to come out the next day and install a gas hook up for outdoor BBQ.
Confirmed was double vaccinated and wore a mask when discussing in person …
Provided a professional job and was extremely courteous ( wife has to handle as I was not there when he arrived) . Did job promptly and meticulously. Checked and double check to ensure integrity of job done.

Advised has a work guarantee and said would be ready for any further work required in future. Very friendly and professional.

Will use again for future work and have no reluctance in referring him for any job in this area of work.

Mike and his team installed a new hot water tank for us so we would not be stuck with our old rental. It had a factory defect that was found about 3 weeks after the install.
When I called they were quick to respond with a replacement. No muss no fuss.
It's great when companies stand behind their work.
