New Electric outlet

I recently had work done by Go Industries Inc., and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Joel and Shaun were both incredibly professional and maintained a positive attitude throughout the process. They communicated clearly and were quick come to my home at no cost. Although my concrete walls posed a challenge in locating a new outlet, I appreciate their efforts and will definitely call on their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Replacing a water heater tank and installing a new tankless water heater

We are very satisfied with Go Industries. Joel and Alex were friendly, approachable and respectful. They worked several hours in the replacement of the old water tank and installion of the new tankless unit, they even rearranged the old gas pipeline setup, making the corner more spaceful and left the site very clean. They took the old tank for return to the rental company without additional cost to us. We will definitely recommend Go Industries. Thank you, Joel and Alex! Galo Ginocchio

Check out all the zero star reviews here. I've had a very similar experience. Joel installed a "new" (and overpriced) central air unit for us last year. We were told it had a 10 year warranty. We used the unit Aug and Sept and then a couple of weeks the next spring. Then it stopped working. Joel has been a nightmare and hasn't helped us beyond wanting to charge hundreds of dollars for a service call. In the end we had to call in another reputable company. Their diagnostic call was 1/4 of what Joel was charging. It cost thousands more to replace broken parts. This man is both incompetent and is out to get every penny he can from you. Don't use him!
