Had an issue with our kitchen's electric range, was concerned about the safety of operating the unit. Emmanuel contacted me within a few minutes of my request, answered all of my questions, provided me a quote (clearly explained pricing), and promptly scheduled a service call.

My fridge was leaking and I contacted Mtac appliance services. The technician was very knowledgeable and had the part he needed when he came to diagnose the problem. Even the customer service was on point. Would definitely use them for my other appliances.

First repair, $600 , here 2.5 hours, bar fridge failed on repair. Second trip added special fluid to seal compresor leak , failed again another $80.00. Advised me leak is in a sealed compartment and might not be able to get to it. Said he would try and come over Sunday.
Have not seen or heared from him since. (3 weeks) I have left no less than 7 messages for him, and they have not been returned.
Being a profesional, he should have known this type of fridge has a sealed unit and it was not repairable before he started.

Have a fairly old Whirlpool Washing machine and the bellow had a rip causing the washing machine to leak. Youtube instructions for DYI indicate that you need to take the whole machine apart to repair. Unfortunately I have a dryer stacked on top and this would not be possible to complete by myself.

Emanuel was able to come in do a quick inspection to verify the issue with the dishwasher and return within the same week to complete the repair on the washing machine without having to take apart the whole washer.
