I hired Evan to do a concrete patio in my backyard. I gave him a deposit of almost $3,000. He contacted me once after that to say that the weather was playing a major role in the delay for this job, ( was supposed to be done July 10). I sent several emails, made several phone calls requesting a refund of my deposit. Communication with this company would be considered laughable if it didn't involve people's hard earned money. As of this date, August 29, I tried again to contact them by email only to have the email bounced back. As for phone calls, they still do not answer.

STAY AWAY! Do thorough research before hiring anyone.

Avoid at all cost!! I have to spend another 20k to remove what they did and get it done by a professional

I have hired Evan to do exposed agregate drive way at my home. I gave him an initial payment for the job, close to 5000.00. Took forever for him to start the job. They have no skills in the concrete business whatsoever, no communication from business owner/site manager. They would just show up at lunch time and do a couple hours of work, then leave for the day. My drive way was left unfinished and looked awful. Evan promised to come back and fix all the damage done but asked for more money. Another 5000.00. Then no communication from him for another week or so. Didnt show up when he said he would. A real nightmare. Now Im stuck with a horrible looking drive way and chunks of dried up concrete on my grass. I have to hire someone else now and somehow fix what they have done. I do not recommend this company, save yourself the headaches and hire a reputable
Company.

I paid a deposit of 1106.97 on April 30 . He never started the project and never gave the deposit back
I guess we have to seek alternative company to do the fence

We hired this contractor to do our backyard fencing (all neighborhood around 25 town houses). He took our down payments and never completed the job! Don't waste your time and money!

The Business owner has given excuse after excuse to not completing the project. He has been dishonest over and over about where material is coming from and completion dates. He has promised multiple dates that items will be completed but was never done. He is very unforpressional and doesnt seem to have project management skills. After a month and a half the fence was not completed.

Evan was hired to remove the old and install new backyard fence in Oakville. After receiving down-payment there was short delay before he started the work. He dismantled the fence an took down old posts and left all this material scattered all over mine and neighbor's backyards at the middle of November. He installed new posts only in December. That was it.
Concrete bags, excavated soil, paper, old boards were all left behind. He was not responding to any text, calls or e-mails for months.
By mid April he responded, attended the site, and stated that he will clean up the site and finish the fence by 1st week of May.
But again, he didn't respond or show up afterwards.
Please use this review as a helpful tool if you need this type of work and shop elsewhere - this is very disorganized and disreputable company.
