Thomas did an excellent job fixing holes and stains, plastering, sanding, and painting the interior of this old house. Thomas and I reviewed the project requirements and made some excellent suggestions. He showed up ready for the bathroom with paint & supplies. The project including painting & calking. Tommy was outstanding from the get go. Responsive communication to figure out our start date and was flexible when that date shifted. Once Tommy arrived on the scene my wife and I could tell immediately we had made the right choice. Tommy worked tirelessly and meticulously at our home for over a month. We had renovated the top 2 floors of our home including bathrooms. Tommy was able to work with and coordinate timing with our general contractor during the entire project effortlessly. If fact our contractor also noticed his work ethic and let me know he would recommend him on some other projects he was involved in. Tommy was our third quote and came in under the other two quotes but also went above and beyond what we would have gotten for more money. Needless to say I can give a whole hearted recommendation here. All I ask is that you keep him too busy because there will be more work for him here! Honestly just hire Tommy and he will exceed your expectations as I have told many of my friends and family.

Rare Gem found in Toronto!! Contracts as we all know are a little harder to trust in Toronto and are even less reliable. Cozy Home, Thomas is none of those things!!
The job went from a quick exterior job to Thomas doing interior Renos due to his meticulous attention to detail and professionalism.

Thomas painted 4 rooms with very high ceilings and a door in our new office. First, he does meticulous work, prepping the walls, painting and clean up. Second, he arrived exactly when he said he would and worked fast. Last but not least, Thomas is very personable and professional and it was a pleasure to have him working in our space. We couldn't be happier with the work he did for us and recommend him with out reservation.
