I have been working with Thomas for several years. His attention to detail and integrity is second to none. Thomas is the trade I first call when I need one of my condo units prepared for the next tenant. Thomas paints, repairs drywall and baseboards. He also manages deliveries during that 2 or 3 day time frame when he is working in the unit. His service is very valuable to me since I cannot be there all day to manage it all. Thomas is a professional painter . He completed the painting of a 1500 sq ft. condo and did an awsome job. He can spot deficiencies and made practical suggestions for repairs. He fixes what needs to be done. He paid attention to details in his work and did not take any short cut. He was on time with the project and on budget. He cleaned up after he finished the job and everthying was in order. More importantly, Thomas is a very pleasant, easy to communicate with and a trustworthty man. It was a delight to work with him. I would highly recommend him.
