They came in and diagnosed the problem on an old of date unit and went over those costs it would take to get running and maintain. With that knowledge we moved towards a new unit and his team came in very professional and clean to get my client back up and running and stay cool in this summer heat. The techs that installed were very knowledgeable and did a great job in 1 day would definitely recomend coming from a contractor that has used countless companies for hvac but now all i need is thermal comfort going forward.

My husband and I were recently on the market for a completely new HVAC system. We received two quotes which seemed very expensive and a friend of mine reccomended Thermal Comfort. I contacted Galo we scheduled a site visit right away. He showed up on time, he was very informative but did not over complicate things for us. He provided the best price and working with Thermal Comfort saved us a few thousand dollars compared to the other Quotes we received. The overall experience was fantastic! The technicians used drop sheets, wore booties over their boots and they did an excellent job in showing us how the new equipment works. The new tankless advanced system is amazing and we are very happy with our new system. If you call these guys you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend.

I had heard of Thermal Comfort Ltd. by word of mouth through a friend when I was discussing some HVAC work I was looking to have done. I had just purchased a home and the existing equiptment was a boiler/radiator system but it was manditory for me to have a/c.

In speaking with Galo I really appreciated that he was very educational, giving me multiple options for me to choose from and explained the pros and cons of each of them.

In the end i decided to remove the rad system and replace it with a furnace, A/C and i even upgraded my water heater to a tankless on demand system. The tankless was a dream. It allowed me to be efficent in my home without sacrifice. I was able to do a load of laundry, run my dishawasher and shower at the same time without worrying about running out of hot water.

The customer service, honesty and professionalism of Thermal Comfort was exceptional and I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had to have a new furnace. Thermal Comfort was here very quickly and we had heat the same day. They are very efficient and reliable. Prices are very competitive. They have also serviced our air conditioning unit. Very efficient team. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Can’t say enough good things about Galo and his team. We decided to install a new A/C to replace our ancient system and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
