I am so pleased with the service provided. My ac at my rental unit broke and I live out of the country. Galileo was amazing and I felt super confident that he was experienced to take on the job even though I was so faraway. From start to finish the process took 4 days. He was fast and reliable. I feel also that the price was very reasonable. He was great at communication with my tenants to organize time to get the job done. The new unit is up and running my tenants are happy. I would highly recommend this company.

After contacting a number of local HVAC companies I decided to go with Galo and Thermal Comfort to replace my very old air conditioning unit. I was for a rental property of mine and due to COVID a I was not able to meet Galo or be there at the time of installation. But what a fantastic experience!

Firstly their quote was excellent - far lower than the large companies like Boonstra where the cost of all their middlemen is built into the price along with the salespeople who want to upgrade everything you don’t need. Galo was honest about what needed to done and is the actual owner of the company and of course really cares about the companies reputation.

Fantastic job at a very fair price - I would highly recommend Thermal over any of the big companies around.

He happened to be working in my area same day, already familiar with the system and unit types, and was able to drop by for an assessment/quote. It is extremely hard to find good and reliable HVAC companies. I did an extensive amount of research, spent hours speaking and having different companies assess and review my AC and Furnace. Finally when I found Galileo from Thermal Comfort Ltd., it was a breath of fresh air...
