Halit and staff did a great job replacing a fence and installing 2 gates -- all in cedar. He did a more complex (nicer-looking) design and was meticulous about observing the property line and our wishes.

They worked very hard and left our yard clean. They were a pleasure to work with.

I recently hired Magic Decks to refinish my backyard deck and repair my shed. Overall, I am quite pleased with the results.

The planks on our old deck had started falling apart due to harsh weather and insects. And our shed had been chewed through by squirrels and raccoons.

The team (Mahmoud and Halit) was courteous and took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences. They ensured that the deck looked fantastic with new 6x2 planks and freshly painted rails, with a smooth finish and a refreshed appearance that has truly revitalized my backyard space.

One area for improvement that I will raise is the ability to provide accurate time estimates. This is most likely something that improves with time and experience. The completion of our project went beyond the original timeline that was communicated to us. Despite this, the quality of work was worth the wait.

It was clear from their first visit to quote us that the Magic Decks team were highly detail oriented and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time talking about the design and measuring. They did not bat an eye at our request to add a little window for our dog to visit the neighbors. The job itself was quick, just 4 days. The guys were very pleasant to have onsite. The finished product transforms the front of the house. It looks great and feels super solid and level. We're delighted our choice!

They worked with us to design our dream deck. It turned out exactly how we imagined. They were efficient, friendly, positive, and had great communication. They were also great value. Some contractors quoted us double/ triple.

I had a raised concrete pad that I wanted covered and aligned with an existing wooden deck. Seemed simple in theory but in reality this install would force a height variance where old and new decks joined and I couldn't accept that. Magic Deck left, but returned an hour later. They'd spent an hour researching alternative construction methods and came back with a very creative solution to give me that level deck transition. They started the job on schedule and worked non-stop dawn to dusk to get it done. Very hard working, reliable and talented carpenters. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend them.
