Halit and staff did a great job replacing a fence and installing 2 gates -- all in cedar. He did a more complex (nicer-looking) design and was meticulous about observing the property line and our wishes. They worked very hard and left our yard clean. They were a pleasure to work with. Weirdly, several roofers come to see our house to provide quotes. 2 of them never provided a quote despite spending over an hour with us each and despite my follow up calls over 4 months. Oleg from Best Flat Roof provided a detailed quote on the spot and was significantly lower in cost than others who provided quotes. The crew was very efficient and polite. They did a magnificent job of cleaning up after themselves which we (and our neighbours) appreciated very much. There was one glitch (colour of roof membrane) which Oleg took full responsibility for and replaced quickly. In addition to our 2 flat roofs, the crew did a great job on shingling the front mansard roof and putting in flashing around the dormer. I highly recommend Best Flat Roof.
