Calgary Same Day Repair

Avi promised appliances for my new condo and took our money upfront to purchase them. Made excuses up in the day of delivery that he couldnt deliver, made excuses up the next time he said he would deliver and then a third time the same. We cancelled the order and demanded a refund and at every turn he has made excuses to why he cant get the money yet but promises by such and such time only to not deliver. DO NOT USE this company or Avi. He is a fraud and will not follow through on his word.

Avi repaired my dishwasher, i paid for parts and labor and he promised a one year warranty on his services, the dishwasher stopped working again suddenly after a few days, he has refused to answer my calls to honour his warranty period

Avi made us pre-pay for a washer/dryer and has never delivered it, but full of excuses. Do not buy from him.

I had used Avi for repairs previously. However, my fridge recently needed replacing and he asked for the FULL amount ($2900) to be e-transferred in advance. Normally, I would never do this but it was to be delivered 2 days later and I had trusted him from previous repairs.
He then promised 8 different delivery times over the month with a different excuse each time when it had fallen through. I really began to worry when I found out he did this to a friend as well for their oven and fridge. I'm a senior and this is a lot of money! He had promised to e transfer me the money back on multiple occasions but has numerous excuses .. ..Now he has ghosted me with $2900 of my money. And I've wasted 8 days of my life waiting around.....and still need to get a fridge..
and now..
small claims court is my only to deal with....

I hired Avi the owner of Calgary Same Day repair to fix my microwave, washer and stove. Luckily I paid this part of my bill by Visa. Two months later Avi returned with the part for the washer. By that time my dryer died. He convinced me to return the part for the washer and purchase a new washer/dryer. He gave me a good deal but did not tell me he took the price of the part off of the quote, nor was it on the receipt. Also, he told me that he had forgotten his Visa machine at home so I should pay by e-transfer. The next day I asked for the money for the returned part. He explained what he did - I countered that he was not upfront. He did

not tell me about the deduction nor was it on the receipt. Then of course things got worse. Nothing arrived. The only thing that did was the microwave - which came long ago.

Avi says you get a 1 year warranty and then when his repair fails within the first year and you call him back it's not under warranty because he doesn't make money honoring the warranty. Go figure. He says the dryer lint trap isn't clean and the warranty is void. Then says is the motor that needs fixing because there are metal shavings inside beside the motor. The same metal shavings I pointed out to him on his first visit when he said the problem the rollers and pulley. Then he tries to upsell you on another "deal" warranty 3 appliances for $299 each where he will fix the defective appliance. My concern is the dryer was within the one year warranty that he offers but he did not honor the warranty.

Avi is a Smart Smart individual I wouldn't trust anyone else.He is the best in his field.

Avi came to my house and save lot of money on repairs. He came and was very professional. I am happy to get him to fix my washer and very recommended him .
