Avoid! Hired for snow removal for 15-car parking lot for apartments. Failed to show up for several days after snowfalls. Manager would say the team would be there within an hour, they would not show up at all until one or two days later. Did not clear street sidewalk. Would run plow down middle of parking lot, leaving cars blocked in by piled snow. Did not salt sufficiently, leading to personal accidents.
