Paid 1400 for the oven up front. Spent time but wasnt repaired. Sent a second repair team out who said they needed another 800 for a second part with only a we will see what we can do if that didnt fix it. Seems like this company is disreputable and we should have done our research. Hopefully they are being fully investigated

They came out quoted us over $1300 to fix our water dispenser in our fridge. It was still making the same noise when he left, told us it's just the tube rattling. The next day we called to say it's not fixed. The woman on the phone was rude and told us that we needed additional parts, which was not told to us when the technician was here. They have no warranties. We paid a lot for our fridge to be repaired and its still making the same sound it did before. They are a farce of a company and I can't believe we paid $1300 for it to not be fixed. Also found out from other reviews that they have changed their name multiple times through the better business bureau. I hope this review saves others from this company!

Charged me without fixing the issue and misled me into thinking it had been fixed! I called back today and was told they want more money to fix it. $1,000 more!! This is totally unprofessional and unethical. The technician was polite and nice but fooled me completely. I have to pay the dealer's authorized repair company now to fix the issue. My LG refrigerator needs a new compressor but this company claimed it did not. Their technician told me categorically it was an issue with the "control board", not the compressor. He charged me $316.40 and left and said to connect my appliance to power after three hours. I did so. But the fridge is still not cooling. When I called them back, they said oh, you need a new compressor and its going to cost you $1,000. Please don't use this company ever. I do not recommend them. They are unethical and unprofessional.

Recently, when I started my Miele dishwasher (that until then was working fine), I heard the water running and there was dripping under the sink from the black U-shaped pipe (p-trap). Miele referred me to this repair company. They told me they charge $80 for a visit, but when they came they said that they will fix the problem of leaking for $328. I agreed to pay that amount to fix the leak. They forced me to send them an e-transfer for $328 immediately; they do not accept credit card payments. However, after my e-transfer, they said they could not fix the problem because they needed to replace a few parts, like cooling, fan motor, blower sensor , etc. for an additional $1,431 (for the total of $1,759). I refused ordering the parts, being suspicious of the large unexpected amount. I requested that they refund me the $328 that I paid, as they did not repair anything. They refused and tried to convince me to order the parts. After they left, I found that the leaking came from the drain line because the squeeze clamp was loose. Once it was tightened, there was no leak and my dishwasher works fine. Unfortunately, I paid them $328 for doing nothing, and they were going to extort $1,759 from me.

Our Whirlpool oven wasn't heating properly so we called these guys in. Big mistake!! After about 45 min, the repair technician advised it was the control panel and replacing it would fix the issue. So we paid the $744.23 part cost + the $270 labour charge and they ordered the part. They came back and installed the new control panel within a few days. However, when we went to use the oven that night and it didn't work. So we called them back - and a 2nd diagnostic proved it was the lower hidden element. We had a feeling that might have been the issue so we researched the cost of that part online ourselves and found it for $149. They had the gall to quote us $479! The tech did say that if we ordered the part, they would install it, which we thought was reasonable. When my husband called to book the 2nd repair appointment, he spoke with Ella who dismissed him completely. She said that unless we ordered the part through them, they wouldn't do anything. My husband said he would leave an unfavourable review and her reply was "So - go ahead, that's not going to do anything". So here we are - out $1100 with these guys and an oven that still doesn't work. Stay away from these guys! They are dishonest and untrustworthy and I can't believe they are still in business!

I called The A Team Appliance Repair today to report how the visit with their technician went yesterday and how I managed to get my dishwasher fixed in under $100. Their response was just as objectionable as the young man who visited my house yesterday and told me the repairs would start at $280 without even looking at the machine to see what was wrong.

They are not at all trustworthy! Don't ever use this company for any service in your home.

Our refrigerator was leaking, so we called up The At Team Appliance Repair and they sent someone out right away to look at the issue. Upon arriving, the technician said we needed a relacement filter housing and quoted $1,500 for parts and labour, which needed to be paid up front.

After paying the amount, the technician returned the following week to install the part. When he was finished installing the part, the housing still leaked and now the water line was leaking. His answer was for me to order another $1K water line and left with the refrigerator still leaking (from two places now). He also just left the old parts on the floor and failed to actually attach the parts to the refrigerator (which are now laying on the floor).

Upon contacting the company, they had zero remorse and made no attempts to rectify the problem, standing by their technician, despite obvious evidence to the contrary.

Stay as far away from this company as possible. If I had read the reviews left here earlier, I would have never contacted them.

Washing machine not draining. Required to pay technician during assessment; total bill cost $924.95. When he arrived next visit, only brought one part instead of 3 parts which I paid for. In the midst of repairing, he claimed drum had to be replaced, requiring additional cost. When I disagreed, he left the machine still unable to drain. See photo.
Called another appliance repair company. Their Technician got the machine fully working by removing socks stuck in drainage hole (half an hour work), fraction of cost.

$295 for 45 min. work,$357 for a part costing $177
Charge you for the labour upfront and then hook you for the part.

No power in my dishwasher, so they came and diagnosed at $327.70.
The total to fix was $1392.04.
I can get a new dishwasher at that price.
Never never ever call them as they are dishonest and even unethical.
