Do not use this company!!! Our Bosch dishwasher was leaking and we called them in in May 9th. The side strip on door was leaking and when we called we asked if repair people had parts and were told they had some parts in truck. We book service call which was $80 which we were told would be waived if we used them to do a repair. When the technician arrived he agreed we needed a new strip for side of door .
He told us it came in a kit with the door support and the cost of repair was $400. We had to give them a $207 deposit. He said it would take 2-5 days to get part in. After a week we called and checked on the status of the part and was told 1 of the 2 parts were in but they were waiting for the other part. We then communicated that the technician has told us it was a kit and how would one part come in if it was indeed a kit! We said if it wasn’t a kit We asked if we could just have the part we actually needed. After many calls and promised they would call back after they spoke to technician they finally came in on May 21 to do repair which we were told would now be $176 which seemed more reasonable. He had the incorrect part with him- the bottom door support which we did not need. At this point we decided we just wanted to cancel service with this incompetent company. We were told that they would refund us only $62 out of the $207 deposit we had paid them . After many calls we finally got the $62 credit on June 4th.
The customer service team give you the run around and don’t get back to you. Avoid using this company. W have ordered the part ourselves from another company for $70 and will install ourselves. The people I dealt with over the month were Ella, Val and Sharon.
