Montemayor General Contracting

For our basement, we wanted to change the carpet to laminate flooring and add a kitchenette (small cabinets, sink, counter, backsplash, fridge). After speaking to a few contractors, Santiago was the only contractor that I felt comfortable working with. Santiago helped us with ideas and planning throughout this project. He was communicative, honest, easy to work with and always on time! Santiago's team were amazing individuals that worked hard and made this construction project easy on us. Not only was the project was finished on time and on budget, they went above and beyond with their work (the details in their work was spotless). Since we were at home during the project, they covered the floors and basement entrance to make sure that the home didn't get dirty. My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about them!
