The moment I contacted Inception Landscaping, I knew I was in good hands and that they could be trusted, a feeling you dont often get these days. The work was to include a backyard patio, garden wall, walkways, and two gates.
Ling and Fiona came by twice to give me an estimate and to answer questions and help choose the materials. They were very knowledgeable and so friendly and pleasant to deal with.
They started the job earlier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. The crew was here at 8:00 each morning and they worked until dark. They were unable to get machinery into my backyard so everything was done by hand. They worked unbelievably hard, they were so professional, and they did an amazing job.
Ling was always around to oversee things and she often called me outside to confirm decisions. I was always kept informed. The job was completed in just under 3 days and the cleanup was superb.
I cant tell you how happy I am with the work they have done. Ling told me that she feels she has the best crew out there and I totally believe that. They did an amazing job and I will definitely use them again.
I have had several people in to see the work they did and they all have had nothing but good things to say about the job and the crews attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any type of landscaping done. They can do anything and they will do it well!
