I had Maple Air clean my furnace yesterday for the first time. What a great job! Neal was so friendly, thorough, and he took the time to explain everything he did and his findings. He was in no hurry to get to the next job. I was so impressed! I will definitely use them again and I will ask for Neal! I will recommend them to all my friends and family! Dont hesitate to give them a call.

The moment I contacted Inception Landscaping, I knew I was in good hands and that they could be trusted, a feeling you dont often get these days. The work was to include a backyard patio, garden wall, walkways, and two gates. Ling and Fiona came by twice to give me an estimate and to answer questions and help choose the materials. They were very knowledgeable and so friendly and pleasant to deal with. They started the job earlier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. The crew was here at 8:00 each morning and they worked until dark. They were unable to get machinery into my backyard so everything was done by hand. They worked unbelievably hard, they were so professional, and they did an amazing job. Ling was always around to oversee things and she often called me outside to confirm decisions. I was always kept informed. The job was completed in just under 3 days and the cleanup was superb. I cant tell you how happy I am with the work they have done. Ling told me that she feels she has the best crew out there and I totally believe that. They did an amazing job and I will definitely use them again. I have had several people in to see the work they did and they all have had nothing but good things to say about the job and the crews attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any type of landscaping done. They can do anything and they will do it well!

I have used Bradshaw plumbing 3 or 4 times and have always been very very satisfied with their work and professionalism. I have had a new water tank installed, a water pipe leak fixed, and now a job on the heating side, They did a wonderful job installing the furnace and air conditioner, cleaned up nicely, and everything is s working fine. I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I recently had my main bathroom in a 50-year-old bungalow renovated by Lampert. From start to finish, I was very impressed and extremely pleased. Lawrence came to the house to give me a quote and he arrived on time. He took all measurements and gave me a quote on the spot. I then went to his showroom where I was able to choose absolutely everything that would be needed. The one-stop-shop was a huge plus as I didn't have to go running around all over the city. The contractor, Henry, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived every morning by 8 a.m. and worked very hard. He could do everything! He was very pleasant and always left the house clean at the end of the day. I felt very comfortable just giving him the house key. He let himself in and out whenever I wasn't around. His workmanship was second to none! He consulted me every step of the way to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it. The job was completed on time and Lawrence came to the house again to take pictures and to give me the warranty. A 2-year warranty on a renovation is almost unheard of these days. One of the things that really impressed me was that when the job was finished, there were no additional costs. The amount paid was the amount quoted! This is not what I had experienced when working with other contractors! I highly recommend Lampert Renovations. They were all very nice to deal with, they were all very professional, and the quality of the work is amazing. I just love my bathroom. I won't hesitate to use them again. Thanks Henry! When I decided to redo my kitchen, I was given a couple of referrals from friends of friends, but in the end, I went to Homestars and read the reviews of various companies. I am so glad that I did because that is where I found Valentini kitchens. From the moment that Piero walked through my door on a snowy Friday night in January to give me an estimate for my kitchen, I knew I was in good hands. It was a terrible snow storm, but Piero showed up as promised, and spent 4 hours with me, discussing his ideas and drawing everything out. Just before midnight, Piero headed home, putting no pressure on me whatsoever to make a decision. Although the estimate was a bit more than I had budgeted for, I decided that Valentini was my choice. Piero was so friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and I felt that he would treat my kitchen as if it were his own. I would not be disappointed. Not a single day went by without someone coming to work on the kitchen. A lockbox was placed on the front door, so there was never a need for me to be home. I totally trusted Piero and his team. Everyone in the team was polite, friendly, and very skilled, including Jaoa the painter, Frank the electrician, Peter the plumber, Ronny the tiler, and Paul the assistant. And then there was Piero's brother Anthony. Words can't describe how wonderful he was. Anthony's attention to detail was something I had never seen before. I couldn't believe how picky he was. The work he did installing the cabinets was unbelievable. He even built customized heating vents into the bottom of my island cabinets. His workmanship needs to be seen to be believed. He is a gem! Communication was always very important to Piero. He was in touch with me at least once a day to let me know how things were going and was always giving me scheduling updates. I don't know how he was able to organize everything so that it all came together like clockwork. Everyone at Valentini was a pleasure to work with, and at all times I felt that my happiness and satisfaction was of utmost importance. Anthony, Piero, and the team cannot be beaten. I am so grateful for the work that they did. Everyone who has visited me can't believe what a terrific job they did. On final inspection, I was unable to find the slightest thing that needed to be fixed. They have given me my dream kitchen. I will have them back to redo my bathroom, but if you are looking to have your kitchen redone, look no further than Valentini Kitchens. They are the best and you won't be disappointed. Although they cost a little more than the average kitchen Reno company, they are worth every penny. These before and after pictures say it all. I highly recommend Albern! I had initially signed a contract with a large windows and doors company. The same day, Paul from Albern returned my call and asked me to allow him to come by and show me what his company could offer me, with no pressure to change my mind. Thank goodness Paul came by. In the end, the price wasn't much different, but the small details sure were. The other company suggested I go to Home Depot and buy the locksets for the doors and their installer would install them. As Paul pointed out, it would be my problem if something went wrong. There would be no warranty, except the one from the manufacturer. I had ordered a burgundy front door, and little did I know that the caulking that the other company"s installer would use would be white, not burgundy to match the door. I had also ordered a back entry door as well as a screen door for the back. Paul suggested a steel door with a window that also included a screen. It would allow the air in, allow for privacy, and there would be no need for a acreen door, which would hide the beauty of the door. Because the landing area inside my back door is small, Paul suggested that the door open out. What a terrific idea. There are many more cosmetic details that Paul included that the other company didn't even mention. With Paul's help, I cancelled my contract with the other company and went with Albern. Albern installed 3 entry doors, a garage door and opener, siding on the front of the house, and a railing on my front porch. Everything was installed over 3 days, the installations were very well coordinated, and the installers were terrific. I have only positive things to say about my entire experience with Albern, and I am extremely happy. Paul came by later to take pictures and to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the job they had done. Paul even threw in screens for my basement windows at no charge. My parents were so impressed that they ordered doors from Albern. When their doors were installed, neighbours came down to have a look. About a year ago, the neighbours had new doors installed by "my other company." The first thing the neighbours said was "___ didn't offer me anything like that." They had wished they had seen what Albern had done before they had purchased from the other company. I highly recommend Albern and I would not hesitate to use them again. A wonderful family owned company and everyone made me feel that my happiness and satsfaction was of upmost importance to them. This is certainly difficult to find in this day and age. A definite 10+.
