I cannot sing enough praise about Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. From start to finish, this has been an A+ experience. Jerry provided the most outstanding advice. We needed to change our front door, patio door, huge front upper and lower window, as well as all the main floor windows. The advice we received was priceless. It is a huge purchase and investment, so you want to be sure you make the right choices. The guidance we received ensured just that. The measurements were taken quickly. Mike notified us once our windows and doors had arrived (and worked with our schedule to book our installation). The installers were absolutely incredible. They were hard-working and efficient. They cleaned up very well upon completion. My husband works in the trades and said he hasn't seen such professionalism and keen organization in a long time. We absolutely adore our new windows and doors. The quality is outstanding. All of our neighbors keep walking by and complimenting our home. It has truly transformed our property. It has added value and beauty to our home. We also received a call immediately after the work was completed from Mike, to ensure everything went smoothly. He wanted to ensure there were no issues and that we were happy with the installation . Thank you for an outstanding job!! Your quality and professionalism did not go unnoticed. My experience with Consumer Direct has been truly exceptional. David was awesome when it comes to sales and gave us the best price and product. He was honest, available and was prompt with his responses. We were fully informed from beginning till the end. The installation crew led by Alex and Ilias (hope I spelt his name right) were remarkable in their job. We were truly impressed to see the coordinated efforts of each team members which resulted in installing 26 windows and a patio door in 8-9 hrs. It was truly a seamless experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.

We were in desperate need to replace our front entry door. Consumer direct door and windows were recommended to me by a good friend of mine who had recently replaced their front entry door. I reviewed their website and booked a meeting for an estimate. Jerry provided lots of info on how they install and support the front entry door. He recommended going to their showroom to actually see many of their doors and glass to feel comfortable with any purchase. When looking at looking the several doors, staff were very friendly and provided insight on the benefits of their doors. They also provided suggestions on what should be changed out, colour and style of the doors to choose from and the type of glass to use on each side of the door. Jerry did the design over a weekend with our wish list of style,and colour. It has been a pleasure working with Consumers direct door and windows.

From quotation to measurements to installation, everyone we met were professional, courteous and me all our expectations. Delivery and installation took place within the promised time frame. Our installers did a good job and left the place tidy.

Very reliable and budget friendly. Rob is very helpful sales executive and superb friendly and professional. Suggests what is best suits our requirement in our budget. He quoted genuine price you must find less what others will quote. The technical team is also expert, they did the replacement of windows cleanly and end to end product was delivered much within time as promised. In future definitely I will reach out the Consumer Direct for other windows/doors replacement . This is the 2nd time I had business with them.
