It was a great experience from beginning to end. Salesman took the time to discuss and explain options, installers showed up when they were schedules and were easy to deal with. Office staff were great to deal with and very accommodating to my schedule.

the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. the guys were efficient and friendly, they cleaned up and were gone within an hour and a half.

We recently replaced our back garden door. The entire experience with Consumers Direct was A+.

Michelle did an amazing job helping us to get the product we required. She also did a post-installation visit to ensure we were good and check out the look and fit in our house.

Price was within our budget which we were happy with as a previous quote from another company was unrealistically 4+ times more!

Installation simply amazing!! Installers were very respectful and talented. Door looks amazing and all trim work and fittings are beautiful.

Excellent Experience with Consumer Direct Windows!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Consumer Direct And Jerry for my home renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jerry helped me make the correct decisions when selecting what windows I wanted since I was going for a home grant.

The team did 17 Windows and sill capping in around 2 days of work! That is truly incredible. I had one of the screens rip but Jerry's team helped be get that sorted.

overall you can't find a better value when it comes to windows! not to mention my house was built in 1901 that isn't a very easy install

Our windows were 55 years old. They were dirty and no longer functioned . It was time to replace them or so we thought until we received our first quote. It was shocking, so much so we almost changed our minds about replacing the windows. We had a second appt set up that day with Mike from Consumers that I almost cancelled, because I did not want to waste his time. He was very polite, personable and professional so he gave me a quote that was much much lower than the first quote and one that was within our budget. I still had reservations because great windows if not properly installed can be an issue and look bad. Mike explained to me about the training their installers get and the fact that they arent subcontracted out to people that feel faster installation puts more money in their pocket.

When the project was completed my wife and I were ecstatic. The appearance of our new windows inside and out was incredible. Our family was shocked at the difference the new windows made. We are seniors who may not be in our home for many more years, but I am certain the curb appeal has increased and we definitely wish we had made the change a few years earlier.

What an incredibly team , they accessed my situation ordered ,the part, and had it replaced in less than a week! The communication that was provided for timing of replacement part arrival and installation time was just over the top service.

It's always about Price right? Nope it's about installation and finish. I had three estimates done, they sales (Mike) helped with choice and features and wow. We did the five main windows, living, dining, Mst bdrm and office. We are ecstatic over the increased amount of light and choices made. But, much more important is who comes and does the work. Our Team were clean, professional and showed up and communicated over two days their movements as promised. Their installation was terrific and they were clean too!
