CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS - LOCAL SHOWROOM

Our house had the original windows that the builders installed 30 years back. The were in desperate need for replacement. Jerry and team from Consumer Direct Windows were amazing. From the get go Jerry is very responsive to emails. It is shocking how quick he is to respond to emails. We did get quotes form different vendors. While other vendors attempted to pressure us into signing a contract Jerry was very respectful and gave us space to make our decision. Jerry is the reason why we decided to sign with consumer direct.

Finally the installation team did an amazing job with replacing the windows. The came morning on the day of the install with an army of men, and replaced all 18 windows (yes way too many for a small house) by the end of the day.

I recently worked with Consumer Direct Windows & Doors to replace 15 windows and our rear entrance door. We worked with Steve who was amazing to deal with from start to finish. I had been searching for windows for a few months but was not happy with the quotes I had been getting. I was referred to Steve and quickly got a quote for exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. Steve was fantastic to work with, responsive to all my questions and provided great advice on window selection.

The windows were delivered ahead of what was promised and that was a surprise given that most other companies were giving us 6 month lead time estimates.

Installers showed up on time and were able to get all 15 windows installed in a single day. They worked late to get the job done and did not compromise on quality. Very happy with the installers work.

The windows we purchased were Stage triple pane windows. We had a mix of casement and awning windows installed and seem very high quality.

These folks are fabulous. We got the quote from Scott to replace the basement window and the garage windows.The crew came around last week and installed them. They were very neat - drop sheets everywhere - and very very efficient. I didn't hear a sound from them as they all worked away. They left the house in immaculate condition I was very happy with the whole experience and heartily recommend this company.
