He was excellent in keeping me updated with regards to how the whole process was unfolding.
Vitaly and his team were my installers and they did a phenomenal job in getting the entire project done in a single day. They did a great job with some 16ft window installation and they were fast and efficient.
Overall the pricing was in the same ballpark as other quotes I had received. I can't say enough about how the service went. Given the warranty information as well I'm confident that the windows will do well through the Canadian winters *fingers crossed*.
