The Windows were installed on a timely manner, my only beef is that i was told that it would take 3 to 4 months for me to receive my rebate from the Govt. but as of yet i have not seen any rebate from them, especially when i gave all my info to Energuy that was required

Hi Andrew. It seems the government has been focused on winding down the program over the last few months vs paying out the rebates owed. We're sorry it is taking so long for you, but we expect they will be able to catchup very quickly. On the upside, thankfully you got in when you did and were able to take advantage. There are a lot of people that missed out when enrolment to the program was shut down with no notice.
