Ordered them in September..they promised high quality within 8 weeks. They are average.. replaced versatile windows with basic for a alot more money. Salea guy had a good pitch , but follow through was terrible. They were late, we wouldn't have ordered if we knew how long it would take. They were installed in December.. Inataller where great. It took wag too long for one direction window

Hi Jastinder. We're very sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations. We are very transparent with our lead times and they are written on the face of the agreement. I'm sorry for the confusion, it was taking 8 to 10 weeks just have windows made last year. We turned everything as fast as we could from the date of the sale on Sept 22 to the installation on Dec 20. We replaced your inefficient double glass windows with triple glass windows qualifying for the Tier 2 rebate. Hardly a basic a window. We're so happy to hear you the installation went well and hope you enjoy your rebate. We'll try to be more clear with the lead time in the future.
