Kristian provided a very professional service by coming to my house and explaining the difference between their products and their quality. I had at least 5 companies coming to my house and Kristian's company was the most expensive one, but their quality was also much better than others so that's why I decided to go with them.
I liked the way how Kristian worked, booking another day to do an online showroom via Zoom, where he was able to show the products and make the quote online with their software which was great as his company had a lot of options and I could discuss it and check what options to make it cheaper.
So far, the whole process was pretty good although on the installation day, I left the contractor doing their job and I kept working in another ambient and the bathroom window was wrong, it should've been frosted and they installed a clean one where I can see my neighbour and also the opposite. They are still in the process of solving it and it will take around 5 weeks to replace it with the correct one. The faster solution was to add plastic window privacy on the windows to be able to use the bathroom. I suggest you check everything carefully to avoid this kind of problem as it could've been a communication gap while we were discussing the sales.
As with any kind of project like that, unexpected issues can happen and you might be aware of that. While installing my living room window, some of the external brick veneers fall down and broke and the repair is costing me $1.600. This wasn't the installer's fault, the vibration while removing the window can cause it.
I'm really happy with the product's quality and the difference that it made to my house. The older doors and windows were leaking air and the house was cold near them, with the new ones I noticed the difference immediately. It's an expensive renovation but it really worth it, that's something that I really consider checking if I buy another house.
