Jade Roofing and Eavestrough

We signed a contract with Jade Roofing and Eavestrough (a family run business) and paid a deposit as requested. They did not show up on the date the work was to start. We made several attempts to contact REG (the father) with no success of a return call. Through their website we connected with COLIN (the son). Colin admitted his dad had previously taken deposits and then not show up to do work. Colin agreed to do the work but like his father he never showed up.

Please do not get Reg to do anything for you. I paid a deposit for my roof to be done. Never showed up. Called said he was sick. Made another appointment never showed up. Said he would give my deposit back never showed up. Please don’t get this company. And he is still in the North Oshawa area looking for people who will sign a contract take the money and never do the job

Hade contract to replace half moons over the garage and front of the house. Did not show to do the work when promised. Many phone calls go unanswered. Will make a report to the dueham police department. Strongly do not recommend this person for anything . was told that i could pay another $100 for instalation. At least I did not lose theat amount.

Reggie asked me for a deposit for the shingles to do my roof. On the day of installation he told me he got into an accident and would have to reschedule. That was 3 weeks ago. He won't reply to any of my messages now or call me back. Find someone else who is more reliable and won't rip you off.

Regi took $ 2000 and disappeared.
The business address is FAKE and
phone number on business card and letterhead is Fake or never turned on. His wife Tiffany takes money via etransfer. Recently one more person contacted me . He paid $1000 to Regi and Tiffany and he never showed up.
