NIK Painting

I needed my condo painted. Got 10 quotes on line. Interviewed 3 finalists. And picked NIK! What a luck break for me. Nik's prices are very reasonable/fair. His work - and work ethic - is fantastic. And he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SATISFY HIS CLIENTS. I would give NIK 100 stars if I could. Pick NIK. You won't be disappointed and in fact, you will be VERY, VERY HAPPY! I sure am.

A belated review for Nik and Young Kim who spent two days at our house in June, working from morning to evening to repair and repaint the exterior of our home. I have nothing but praise for them both - hard working, personable, and dependable. In our experience, that's not a combination of qualities easy to find in the trades these days.

They did a wonderful job, charged fairly for their hard work, and were careful to clean up thoroughly. I'd recommend them to anyone without reservation.

We were doing a full renovation of a basement rental apartment and had a general contractor (GC). The quote we received for painting the apartment was almost half of what the GC quoted us. NIK Painting took great care with plenty of prep work to protect our floors and fixtures with paper drop sheets, tape, etc. Everything was done to the highest level of satisfaction and timeliness. We feel like we got a lot more for a lot less than we would have through our GC.

Great experience with NIK painting. Painted a large 2 bdrm condo including trim and significant drywall repairs. Very high quality work, reasonable pricing, professional, friendly, responsive, on time, flexible. Would not hesitate to use them again. Given recent experience with other contractors, we were esp. happy with the fact that they are reliable and arrive on time!

Laurier arrived on time. He worked neatly and diligently. The job was completed in a timely manner, without rushing. At the end of the job the site was cleaned and vacuumed.
The price was reasonable.
Nik is running the company efficiently.
