Repair to upright freezer

Knowledgeable technicians who not only identified the problem but also resolved the issue straight away.
The error was caused by the gasket being incorrectly assembled at the factory.
They were professional and very communicative.
I have now peace of mind.

Excellent service received from receptionist and Hector the service guy. Hector arrived early (informed me by text msg. his scheduled arrival) and
discovered the issue I was having with my dishwater right away, and fixed it! He let me know of the 6 month warranty and advised, on possibly replacing a part.
