A friend of mine recommended Skinner Mechanical for routine maintenance of my furnace as I just moved into the area. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Matt arrived within an hour of my call. He took the time to explain & demonstrate how the furnace works and how to tell if there are problems with it. He answered my questions in a professional which was accessible and thorough. He was friendly and professional throughout our interaction, conveying a sense that this business is operated ethically, competently and compassionately.
