My father in law's fridge died early Saturday morning (what a way to start the weekend!) and Vivek eased our family's stress by responding quickly and efficiently. He was able to come by the home, following COVID19 protocols, assess the damage and provide prompt solutions with no pressure. He had the part that caused the issue and had us up and running in no time! Definitely will keep him in our books for (not so soon!) next time. Appreciate the help, thanks so much!

I called Appliance Repair Solutions ,for a defrost problem with my 15 year old fridge and was glad I did. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. They had the required parts (a defrost thermostat) in their truck, completed the repair immediately, gave good advice regarding upkeep of my fridge and were very knowledgeable. I found the price reasonable, and they fixed only what the problem was without recommending a whole bunch of other unnecessary repairs, and were honest about when to repair versus when to replace a fridge. I highly recommend them, and will keep them in mind for future appliance needs.

It was easy and timely service. Overall I was happy with the service. I just wished some of the prices were explained before repair.

Dryer wasn't spinning. We found out it was the pulley. Vivek was super communicative and answered any questions we had prior to coming to the house to fix the dryer. He is friendly, explained everything that needed to be done, thorough, tidy and followed all COVID protocols. He also went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the inside of our dryer and changing the belt. I would highly recommend this company. They are fair, friendly and good at what they do.

My tenant stated that he had found screws inside the dryer, and the rotation of the dryer was not smooth - it sounded very clunky when in operation.

I contacted Vivek who went the next day and identified that it was a problem with the bearing, which would require 1+ hours of work to fix. He also lmk that he would have to order the part, if available the job would be completed within the week. If not available it would take 2 weeks to arrive.

We went ahead and luckily the part was available. He came the next day and fixed the dryer. Both tenant and landlord are ecstatic we got the dryer fixed in a week, and all the work was done very efficiently with a smile.

When my washer acted up Vivek arrived promptly to take a look at it. When ultimately it became apparent that the cost of repair would take longer and most likely cost more than getting a new washer, he completely agreed and even cancelled a few parts he had already ordered, which I greatly appreciated.

Video came and fixed the Kenmore washing machine with no issues. I would recommend to anyone.

I was shocked when I was suddenly unable to start my 17 year-old dryer. Turns out the starter knob had broken and was no longer connecting to the machine. Vivek responded within moments of my submitting a request for help from HomeStars. He was able to send a photo of the replacement item to ensure it matched my dryer and committed to coming to my home in a timely manner to replace the knob.
