My tenant stated that he had found screws inside the dryer, and the rotation of the dryer was not smooth - it sounded very clunky when in operation. I contacted Vivek who went the next day and identified that it was a problem with the bearing, which would require 1+ hours of work to fix. He also lmk that he would have to order the part, if available the job would be completed within the week. If not available it would take 2 weeks to arrive. We went ahead and luckily the part was available. He came the next day and fixed the dryer. Both tenant and landlord are ecstatic we got the dryer fixed in a week, and all the work was done very efficiently with a smile. Estimate $80 + tax Parts $127 with tax Labor $150

We put a conditional offer on a house and needed to have an inspection completed within 5 business days. We called up Carson Dunlop based on our real estate agents advice, and found that booking an appointment was super easy and quick. They sent through the terms and conditions and receipt within minutes of my first phone call. We had Sheila as our inspector, and she was prompt, and very friendly. She also was very thorough and despite COVID-19, did a quick walk-through the house with us, to identify any issues/ concerns/ and possible maintenance required in the future. She also flagged possible future concerns and offered that we could call her up when we move in if we have any further questions / concerns. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Carson Dunlop and would happily recommend them to family and friends.

I contacted Encore Painting through their website, I received a call from Alex the next morning and had a quote by lunchtime. We had hired them before to do our apartment and loved the thorough attention to detail and hardworking painters who really did a great job cleaning after. We hired them this time too as their quote came in much lower than others. Within the week we had our whole condo painted beautifully - 2 painters finished the whole 600 sq ft condo in 1 day. Overall super impressed and very happy with their work and overall experience working with Alex. I can't recommend them enough.
