So glad we found CK Roofing. I contacted several companies listed here. 1 sincerely forgot to call back; another quoted after a few days of prodding; 2 never responded; 1 said they wouldn't/couldn't do the work due to proximity of neighbouring house; 2 were very expensive.

Yonge was just as busy as the others, but he was able to manage his time and schedule to be prompt, responsive, clearly honest and very patient and helpful with explanations. He knows his stuff.

They kept me on an urgent list for roof repairs and actually called when they finished a job early and had an opening. On time always, they did a such a great job that I asked them about eaves; leaf guards and downspouts for the entire building and extensions. Again their price was very competitive. They did a great job there as well.

Workmanship and customer relations was excellent. I've been strongly recommending them and will continue to do so.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Spent a long time protecting my driveway and picking up every piece of garbage. All workers worked very hard and took hardly any breaks. Service was above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend and use in the future

Yonge responded very quickly when I was inquiring about and arranging for a roof replacement. When the day came to replace the roof, the installers arrived in the time frame promised and appeared to do a thorough and competent job in removing the old shingles and installing the new shingles. The roof looks good and I am hoping for a long, trouble-free life.

Young from CK Roofing gave us a quick, professional quote at a reasonable price. We replaced our roofing shingles along with an old skylight. The job was completed professionally and due to time constraint, they came back on another day to clean up the gutter and patch up some old gutter leaks for free. They addressed customer concerns quickly and are always responsive. Overall very satisfied.

CK Roofing installed new gutters, soffit, fascia and two vents for us. The two workers did an outstanding job over two days, April 20-21, 2024. Yonge, the sales consultant provided excellent service, answering all my questions promptly and explained in great detail the technical aspects of the work. We got 6 quotations from vendors, we finally choose CK roofing since they are the most professional and reasable one. Youge is the a very nice sales man, and his patience and managing skills won our contract.
To be honest, at the begining, we worry about 'goods sales, trash service' trap since it is pretty common. But the contruction team acturally did an amazing job, they expained to me evrey details and tried to find solution due to some complex situation. After the work, they did fatastic clean up and called the truck to take over the trash bin right away. Yonge sent me photos to show all the wroking stages and processes, very professional.

Found CK Roofing on Home Stars, they were the lowest quote but that is not why I went with them. It was how they discribed how they would do the job. They delivered on their promises.
