Ross and Frank came by the next day and took care of the issue. They were friendly, polite, and very quick. The leaking pipe has been replaced and has been working very well so far--no leaks! They even added a water lever so that we can shut the water off if necessary. Before heading out, Ross have kindly offered to help me mop the basement floor. Thanks guys!
