Gary was phenomenal. He truly cares about doing an excellent job, and went above and beyond what I would have expected from contractors. He made price-conscious recommendations, ensured to clean up after himself and took ownership for any oversights which were corrected immediately (most contractors play the blame game!!).

Part of the renovation involved installing baseboards in parts of my condo (half was done from before, half needed to be re-done). After Gary had completed the job and left, I noticed the closet was incomplete. Without any hesitation Gary offered to return immediately the next day to complete the job. I was blown away by the communication and execution.

Terry-Ann was also a true pleasure to interact with - she was very easy to communicate with and ensured I was kept informed of the progress.

I strongly recommend this company (specifically Gary and Terry-Ann) to anyone looking for a general contractor.

Our tenant letus know that the main ensuite's shower tiles kept falling down. Turns out there was a significant deterioration behind the wall and the accompanying mold concern. Sent out a broadcast asking for help, and T&G responded quickly and professionally. They ended up working through the weekend in order to make sure that not only the job would be done, but done properly, letting us know about additional deterioration in the drain (rust) and figured out a best solution for it. Would absolutely recommend this husband/wife team. Thank you

Tony n Gray swung by, looked at the job approx: 2800.00 for the 3 jobs. Laying a vinyl flooring, approx: 650 square ft, installed new bathroom floor tiles along with the tiles around the tub area, straight to the ceiling.
I purchase the materials and they showed up bright and early the next day to start, which they did and had it done within the given time frame.
They cleaned up after themselves, which isn't always done by contractors.
I was very happy with their work.
