Dear Joan, we can understand your frustration, however as was pointed out to you by the technicians who complete your installation- prior to starting the work- you have a poorly wired electrical panel. This issue preceded any work done by us and you were advised that you should have an electrician evaluate it. Our request for a picture was so that we would have someone internal have a look at it to be able to guide you towards a solution. Best of luck.
Hi Delia, our entire team has responded to each of your inquiries. You have recently asked us to cancel your contract which we have agreed to. No one in the home was ever at risk or in any danger.

New furnace and heat pump installation
Hi MacDonald family. We are sorry you are disappointed in the operation of your heat pump. At your last service call on February 12th, it was explained to you that the unit was operating normally and that a leak in your foundation wall- unrelated to any of the work that was completed by us.
