WELL, I think I have waited long enough, and to be honest, my expectations of FINALLY my LG system up and running appears to be a dead stick, BUT, not so fast!!
Bavi...you promised you'd call me about this FAILED LG heat pump system at our home in Port Perry. Spent a lot of money on this conversion last year, and this has been a living nightmare. I have called, I have emailed, I have texted CONSTANTLY, and I appreciate that you had sent out folks that largely have had little effect,or knowledge on getting this thing going!!. All the tech's were polite and tried to be helpful, but this LG Heat Pump system is JUNK,or so I thought, so, where does THAT leave us??...NOT a happy customer!!! Obviously, you just DON'T CARE!!...should have stuck to my guns, AND GUESS WHAT??....I was WRONG (again)
So, I ADVISED THE FOLKS AT LG HOME COMFORT THAT i HAVE STUDIED THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM LG (THE MANUFACTURER) THAT WITHOUT ANY MEANINGFUL TRAINING, THEIR REPAIR STAFF, AND THEIR LG SUPPORT TECHS HAVE LOST THEIR MINDS! Neither have the skill-set to correctly set up, and program my LG heat pump...this MUST be embarrassing to leave customers without heat in the winter! I have gone through ALL the install documents for this AMAZING piece of technology, have RESET my system, set the CORRECT parameters, and NOW it is working fine! I have offered to conduct a proper training session for them....... The LG TECH SUPPORT TEAM is a BIG PROBLEM for HVAC companies like LG Home Comfort in Vaughn, Ontario...NOT to be confused with the world wide company called LG Canada....some VERY SERIOUS TRAINING needs to happen at LG Canada tech support, after watching and listening to the poor techs and owner/service manager who have sat on the phone for hours, trying to figure things out! The guys in the field need REAL HELP....NOT the gibberish of replacing expensive stuff, when not at all necessary!! Field companies like LG Home Comfort need to have TRAINED HELP on the phone, and are NOT getting it!!
My observations have been flawed, right from the get go, BECAUSE of tech support...in MY DAY, we HAD to know this stuff on our own!!
