I recently had my 700 sq ft basement renovated by Borz Reno. It was led by Arian who I had great pleasure working with. The results exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, Arian's attention to detail and professionalism were unmatched, he made sure everything was done to perfection and kept up the progress with me, making sure to ask a lot of questions and giving me the best service he could. The project, which came to around $75,000, was completed on time and within the budget. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. it feels like a brand new space, like it was constructed in a rich area brand new. We were referred to Borz Construction by a friend who recently had their basement finished by Arian and team. We were very impressed with the workmanship of Arian and team at our friend's house, and therefore, decided to call Arian to get a quote in April of 2023.

From the time Arian and Alex visited our home, we were sold by their professionalism. We signed the contract, and Arian and team were on-site on the exact day they were supposed to start.

We are extremely happy with the quality of the work that the team did. They worked meticulously every day, and were very willing to work with us to make sure everything was done to our liking. The team was very punctual, and completed the project with minimal delay. The worksite was kept very clean and tidy, and any trash and waste was cleaned up and removed from our property very quickly.

Borz construction came highly recommended to me by my sister. After working with several other contractors who always seemed to slack or fall short near the end of a project, I can honestly say I am super impressed by their work and mindset from beginning to end. When discussing budget or reno ideas, Arianes attitude is, Anything is possible. You can tailor your projects to gather your own materials or they will source some for you. I decided to source some of my own tiles, grout, etc because I like to see materials for myself.
In terms of my house, I live in a typical east end home with many surprises under the surface. Even with these older home challenges, Ariane and his team corrected issues the right way as if they were fixing their own home. I had to deviate from original plans due to uneven foundation surprises, wiring complications and faulty renos from previous owners but this team made sure all issues were communicated and different solutions were offered. I highly recommend Borz and the team of plumbers, electricians and contractors. They are all very knowledgeable and skilled.

Two additional vents were added to basement for more heat. Now the whole family is more comfortable in the basement. The work was done on time and the workers were very professional and courteous. Thanks Borz Construction.
